The Interview Process was divided up into three parts. The first part was a group interview. The group interview was an activity which allows current staff to see how one interacts in a team environment. The second part was a likert interview. The likert interview allows current staff to get a better idea of an individual's personality. And the final part was the STAR interview. The STAR interview, which stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result, are more behavioral type questions where the interviewers are looking for one to tell a story from past experience. What was the situation, what was the task or what did the situation call for, what did one actually do about it, and what was the end outcome.
