First had a screening with someone on a different team than I applied for. Then had 3 back-back 45 minute interviews with engineers on the team. Mainly dug into my resume and asked me technical questions relating to my projects.

Question 1
How does SPI work and how did I use it in a project
First part of the interview was behavioral and then a couple technical questions. The interview lasted about 45 mins. The first 30 is the behavioral portion. The last 15 is the technical portion of the interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft in Sep 2020
Interview
First went through a prescreening with a director. I was later Interviewed by 3 engineers and a director. Pretty standard questions with both technical and behavioral. It took about a week to hear back.
