Overall It was good experience. I went through total 4 rounds but didn't hear anything after last round. Last round was mostly design and coding. I was asked to design a multiplayer online game and them implement one class.

The interview has been so far fair. Only three onsite interviews. The position is hiring for building AI apps in products. The interviews have been representative of the position and the candidate's management experience.

Design a system to manage projects and allow connecting with copilot
- 30 min chat with recruiter, both decided to proceed to next stage by the end of the call - 4 interviews of 1h each at the same time along the week. Interviewers were 8h behind in timezone so that arrangement was the best compromise.

the entire process was a learning process and challenging went through the four interviews and i think I lost at the tail end because of being over confident and did not pay attention to the questions which had straight forward answers
