Easygoing, they have many questions related to my personality. I met with 5 different people and they all was very professional. I think their business case was very challenging as well.

2 short interviews (30minutes each) with an appointed local BPO. Interview arrangements were pretty straight forward, salary negotiation took me off guard as current pay slip was asked on multiple occasions as part of the negotiation process

2 Rounds phone screen and meeting hiring team just basic normal interview questions like any other entry level SDR or BDR job and an opportunity to interview them. 20 minutes and less both times.
Interview process seemed like I was applying for a coding software development position and lead by non-sales personnel. The HR person kept delaying the position and even the day of the interview asked me to go to lunch for 2 hours to wait for the interviewer to be ready.
