The basic of basic. Got interview by the HR Manager. Seem like she google up some basic interview questions and ask upon that. The interview probably took about 15 mins, What were you doing before this, How do you fit in this role, where do you see yourself in the next five years? The basic of basic. If you are Chinese, you are more likely of getting a job here.
It was a standard operating procedure and I was very pleased with the process. The hiring manager was very friendly, approachable, fully engaged with me. It was a good match for me in terms of sharing the same vision, creating positive possibilities in the workplace and continue to transform into an awesome Company.
