I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
First interview was a standard behavioral interview; with some background questions.
Second (final) round interviews were 2 back to back interviews, one behavioral (but more resume focused) and one with more technical questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Brookfield, WI)
Interview
2 Rounds, initial screening round with a younger engineer at Milwaukee, then a final round with 2 interviews 30 minutes each 10 min apart with engineering managers. Mostly behavioral, they want to see that you are a good fit for the company culture.

Question 1
If you were tasked with designing a new tool from scratch, how would you go about it?
quick phone call with lots of attention to my resume, experience, problem solving. The interviewer was an engineer within Milwaukee Tool and was easy to talk to. Not sure what else I should add since it was several semesters ago that I talked to them.
