I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool in Feb 2019
Interview
It was a phone interview w two recruiters. Most questions, as I recall, are behavioral. I was also asked about my experience working/debugging w hardware, and about my programming experience. Nothing else stands out from the process.
Great interview. Really thoughtfully done and the person interviewing me was respectful and understands that you don't know everything. Also was really nice that they ended up giving me the job which was cool.

Moved very quickly as all happened within a week.

Interview
There were three engineers interviewing me. They were friendly and asked thoughtful questions. I was nervous at first, but they helped me feel more comfortable as the conversation went on.
