I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2023
Interview
two 30 minutes interview with different team managers going over resume and skillset. one of them got technical but don't think it was planned. Overall behavioral interview with questions about personnality and how you'd fit with company culture.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2025
Interview
The interview process went well overall. Most of the questions focused on my personal projects, the experiences I have gained throughout my life, and how I have overcome challenges. I appreciated that the discussion allowed me to explain my technical work and personal growth rather than only answering technical trivia questions.

Question 1
How have you overcame a problem when working with a team?
I interned twice, so was offered a full time position without interviewing for full-time.
My interviews were not super technical. There were a few basic EE questions (covered in my second year engineering courses), and the majority was soft-skill based. My interviewer asked about my resume and experiences.
First round was behavioral - 30 minute call w/ star questions. It was quite straightforward. Second and final will be a technical. I believe I'll have 2 back to back technical interviews.
