I recently completed the full interview process with Mindgate, which included two technical rounds, an HR discussion, and documentation submission.
From the beginning, I clearly communicated that my notice period would be 45–60 days. I was assured this was acceptable for the role.
Over the course of almost a month, I proactively followed up multiple times via emails and calls to check the status. Each time, I received vague or misleading updates without clear communication.
Finally, after a long wait, I was informed that the role required a 15-day notice period — directly contradicting what was communicated initially.
I feel that the lack of transparency and the delay in providing critical information led to a significant waste of time and effort from my side.
I hope this feedback helps future candidates and encourages Mindgate to improve their recruitment communication and process clarity.
