Interview
I was a campus placement. Interview was simple and the interviewers very cordial and friendly. Tried to make the interviewee as comfortable. There were no technical questions posed since I was yet in college. The interview was focused more on understanding my communication skills, my focus on career, what my goals are, company knowledge, why I want to join the company, why I am in the particular field etc
Online interviews, starting with self-introduction, and then ask you some general questions, including what do you think media planning is, and the process of conducting media planning. Also, they will ask you some behavior questions.
It went smoothly. The interviewer was very chill and it’s not that intimidating. They will call you regarding the position that you applied and asked if you’re still into it and sets an appoinment with the her then with the hiring manager.

What was your contribution at the current company?
I had 3 interviews starting with a recruiter. I was then passed on to the manager I would be working with and finally I interviewed with a member from leadership. Overall the process went very well and was offered a job approximately 2.5 weeks after the initial interview.
