Mitchell has a lengthy process. After the first HR screen, you are given an one hour test of logic and skills assessment. Nothing too hard. Much like a college exit exam of soft skills and logic. Everyone has to take the exam to move forward. Then you have more phone interviews, then an onsite interview. I had a bad experience because even after an extensive all-day multiple one on one and panel interviews in San Diego, they never even sent me a rejection letter. I followed up 3 times and I still did not get any answer. They are hoping I will simply go away and get tired of asking? Why not just say, you didn't get the job. I would not advise anyone to apply here because I was told, "You will be jumping into the fire" in the interview. It is a typical tech company scenario where you will be putting 50+ hours a week and burning out. They don't even have a parking facility that is sufficient. They have one but if you don't get they by 8 am, it will be full. It is not really worth it! Unless you have no other option, I would avoid this company.
