Phone interview then scheduled in person interview with the recruiting coordinator and branch manager. Pleasant experience overall even if I did not receive a job offer. Pitched and presented the job as an entry level position with no experience needed as training was provided but still went with someone with initial recruiting experience.

The role was with Amazon. Amazon was great. The recruiter that was the middle man between myself and Amazon was not. Delayed many processes due to lack of response time, had Amazon reach out directly onto me. Then months later after declining the initial position , they reached back out and ghosted again after I asked additional questions. This recruiter really lacked customer service skills and was not easy to work with.

Very easy interview conversation, client details were explained. The one thing lacking was the commission structure which was not defined at all. And once you performed the job the structure actually takes you by surprise as it has too many loopholes
