Interview was very professional with a preliminary 1:1 phone interview followed by a panel (conference call) interview within 3 days. The turnaround time for job offer was very quick (same day as final interview). Paperwork for hiring process was pretty typical and went through quickly. They were able to get my background check and drug screening done very fast so I could start immediately. All in all a very good experience.
