Interview
The interview process was meeting with several team members and leaders. The questions were pre-planned and were behavioral based questions. The team was unorganized though and didn't have rooms booked and in general the people I saw in the elevator were quiet and seemed unhappy. It was a strange environment to see such negativity during an interview
