Question 1
Give a experience where you were frustrated with changes and work, what did you do and how did you handle it?
Very Smooth and Effective . Recruiter was helpful and everything was laid back . I would definitely recommend for anyone in the near future for their self . I have no complaints and it definitely seems like a great opportunity for current and future growth in your professional development.
This was a two person interview on teams. No pressure or push to answer certain questions. Very informative, polite, and no BS talking and got straight to the point. The interview lasted about 40 minutes or so. I don’t have to wait long before I received a call back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Molina Healthcare (Cleveland, OH) in Jun 2023
Interview
The supervisors were sweet and very laid back, the recruiter was also the sweetest one I’ve met. They’re only hiring one for this position. My advice to anyone is to be confident in your answers, and be happy saying them.
