I applied online , a week later I was contacted by one of the managers to complete a questionnaire after the questionnaire I was invited to interview via teams. I interviewed with the Vp & hiring manager, both very welcoming and friendly. The interview felt more like a conversation but they did ask a total of 6 questions, 2 of them we’re on scale of 1-10 how would you describe etc…

1 : Describe a difficult situation with a client 2: Why do you want to work for Molina ( they asked me in Spanish and I had to answer in Spanish) this is a bilingual position.
