It started with Application submission then followed by Initial Screening which is a phone interview. Then followed by a panel interview which lasted 30 mins. Another meeting was scheduled but this time its a One-on-One interview. The interview topics were scenario-based questions (e.g. handling difficult coworker or improving processes)
