Monarch Industries (Rhode Island) interview questions

Single interview, no phone screening. Was eventually offered the job but it took them weeks to do that. Later found out I was top candidate but based on how long it took them I was surprised to hear that. Only received the offer after I contacted them to thank them for their time etc. I assumed I had not gotten the job.
