My interview process with Mondo was an amazing experience. I was recruited by Amanda Bender and she was exceptional throughout the entire interview process. Unlike some companies she kept me updated constantly throughout every stage of the interview process. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure I was as prepared as possible for each round of interviews. She was extremely knowledgable in the position and was able to give me extra insight into Mondo as a company that was vital in my ultimate decision to accept the offer to become a member of the HR team. Amanda made the whole interview process seamless and is a true asset to the company.

Interview
I had a preliminary phone interview and two in person interviews. My recruiter set them up along the way and insisted I would get feedback after my first in person interview. Three weeks later I still have not receive any feedback or any updates on my candidacy. My recruiter said I did a great job and I am in the top tier of candidates but I still have no status in my application. I have followed up numerous of times but still nothing. Don't waste your time.
