Interview
I first had an over the phone interview with their internal recruiter which was about 30 minutes, very detailed and overall-nice experience. Went in for the 1-on-1 the following week. Met with the recruiter I had spoken with over the phone for about 5 minutes. I then waited for the hiring manager for the recruiting team, Joe, to interview me for about 20 minutes. He came in and asked me about my current position, probed me hard on why I was leaving my current job, but was then pulled out of the interview and didn't return for another 20 minutes. Upon his return, he couldn't remember where we left off and proceeded to tell me about the position itself. He told me he had to wrap-up the interview in a few minutes and he would send the recruiter in to follow-up with me. He then returned a few minutes later saying she was on the phone and he would walk me to the elevator. Overall really unprofessional, rude, unorganized company. I really dislike my current job and I wouldn't think about leaving it to go work for the "team" manager. I was very disappointed as they are supposed to be one of the top companies to work for, and I don't know how that would have been judged. Does not seem like an encouraging work environment. Would not recommend wasting your time on an interview-not worth it.

Question 1
Pretty straight forward interview questions. Some situational.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mondo (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2026
Interview
First, a linkedin message from a recruiter and then a 15-minute phone screening with a recruiter and then an in-person interview with hiring manager. They hire quickly and it is a simple process.

Interview
I had two different interviews for two recruiter positions a month apart. Got phone screened for both and was told the same regret answer which was they are “moving another direction with their hiring”. Just very disappointed that I was given that feedback a second time around instead of a reason as to why I wasn’t selected to move forward for a recruiter role with recruiter experience already.
Many phone calls with the internal recruiter who was very nice. Had a phone call with the VP and received from conflicting information. Both have stressed that it’s very hard work and always over 40 hours a week.
