Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback on your interview and I'm disappointed to hear you had a negative experience. I would love for you to reach out to me directly so we can speak about this in more detail. We did not hold any interviews for our UX position in November so I want to make sure I am clear on your timeline so I can address any holes in our process. All correspondence with candidates -both email and phone- is tracked through our applicant tracking system so I would like to go back and see where the breakdown occurred.
