We apologize for your unsatisfactory interviewing experience. Although we take great efforts to ensure ongoing communication with all candidates, and full closure with candidates who do not advance in our interviewing process, it appears we did not do this with you. This position was filled and closed recently and all candidates should have been notified. However, after reviewing all candidate files, I see there are a couple of files for which the notes are not as complete as they should be. I will be contacting those candidates today.
