I'm sorry to report that it seems like a great company, but the recruiter (who seemed to be secondhand and possibly work for Amazon in actuality to partner with the company) scheduled a phone screening for the first interview and proceeded to not show up or answer any of my follow-up emails. Not a great experience to say the least.
