Approached on LinkedIn. Initial tech screening interview followed, surprisingly, by a culture/values interview by non-technical employees. Nothing stood out in particular, pretty standard non-descript interview process, neutral from every single point of view.

Standard unremarkable questions from the beginning to the end
Well structured, quick, and really personable team. Clearly mission driven with an exciting future ahead. Not too many steps - process moved swiftly. Hiring team were responsive. Gave feedback at the end of the process.
Very impressive people on the team and a cool company that seems to work with some of the world's best engineering companies from the heart of London! Also nice offices near the Towert Bridge
