Received a Hirevue interview invitation after applying for several days. The interview is somewhat time-pressing. One of the questions is about the unique life experience u had, it's a quite a tricky question because it's very easy for u to forget to deliver the `take-away' part when reaching the end of your answer. quick summary: time management; btw i was applying for the 2021 Global Capital Market Summer Analyst Program.
2 rounds of interview one with the lead and other with the VP. it focuses more on your skills and experience in your current role where in you are asked regarding logical situations.

After initial screening from HR, assessment day with other candidates followed by tests and a short interview asking motivation for joining the company, the career path, and relevant technical knowledge for the role.
