I got this internship completely through networking. With that being said all I had to do was send the resume to an FA. From there I would just talk to the FA on the phone about the position. Got the internship approved through my school and then accepted the internship.

Interview
Straightforward, more focus on fit and eagerness than market knowledge. Everyone was kind, interviews were short but I talked to people in various teams. Multiple stages online then I eventually received an offer in person.

Tell me something interesting you read in the news recently
Very structured and almost cold process. All interviews were virtual including my superday, which was just back-to-back Zoom calls with different folks in the division (not the same team). The first interview was a panel and the next two interviews were one-on-one.
