I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Baltimore, MD) in Oct 2009
Interview
It was an on campus interview. The first round was mostly behavior questions. The second round was the next day and consisted of 2 more one on one interview and a group project about purchasing real estate. They said they would contact me in the next two weeks and I heard from them about two and a half weeks later via email and was not offered a job.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
Simple and straightforward and something you can take with you after. I hdid a lot of prep, and believe it is important to do so even until the morning of. It is also important to know about the firm and be yourself.
