I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley in Nov 2014
Interview
Firstly, I had to fill in a application form online and go through the several different questions for equality and job specific. Then there was the psychometric tests which they sent you, and if you passed this you get invited back for a telephone interview where they ask basic competency based questions it usually ranges between 3-5 questions depending on the answers they want to hear from you. If your successful you get invited for an assessment centre day when your in the office doing a variety of different activities with the different people who also applied for the same role, and then a couple of the people depending on numbers get picked to start their industrial placement programme with them in June.

I applied online. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview process was conducted in a professional and welcoming manner. The interviewer was approachable and began by asking for a brief overview of my background. From there, we had a solid conversation about my past work, some of my personal projects, and the certifications I've earned. Overall, I would call this a positive experience and I am looking forward to my next round.

Interview
Was very nice. They show you the building between rounds of interviews. First is a group interview, and then two individual interviews. The people are nice as well, and very friendly.
