I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (London, England) in May 2021
Interview
'Fast-tracked' because I completed the spring week, so I only did the technical and motivational interview in one sitting. The technical one was with two interviewers, asking me to complete a very simple coding problem in any language (or psuedo-code) of my choosing, as well as basic computer science knowledge, which I knew easily from A-Level computer science. The questions got harder the more you got right to test your limit.
Motivational was similar to the spring week but less intense as they had already met me before.

Two-hour interview split into one-hour sessions with different team members. Each session included behavioral questions about past experiences and teamwork. Both interviewers presented a LeetCode-style coding problem ranging from easy to medium difficulty.

Initial CV screening which is then followed by a phone call. If you are accepted you must undergo a 4 hour online assessment centre with personality, technical questions, hypothetical scenarios and past experiences.
