The interview process was straight forward with only two rounds of interviews. One was with a recruiter and the next with the director of client services. Ask good questions, be professional and you will be fine.

Tell us why you chose to apply for Morgan Stanley and what piqued your interest most?
Simple, they were very welcoming and straightforward. I felt comfortable when I got there, but I could tell they wanted someone with more experience than me. It only lasted 30 minutes and they only really wanted to hear me talk about my experiences and asked one behavioral question.

Interview
Very straightforward. Told me more about the role. Was looking for someone to start in January, but I don't graduate until June. Said she'd pass my resume along nonetheless (don't think anything will come of it considering they are looking for someone to start ASAP).

What are your greatest strengths? Why are you interested in this position?
Little to no situational questions asked. Very casual interview. Went over past experience and jobs listed on my resume. Phone screening, in-person with manager, and a second in-person with branch leader and manager.
