Interview
There was an initial phone screen with HR. Upon completion, I met with several of my future colleagues and then my hiring manager in a separate interview. All in all team was very interested in fit and personality over hard-core finance knowledge.
Onboarding was quite easy, with a relatively quick turnaround on starting the new role. Flexibility on start date.

Ability with managing multiple processes simultaneously.
Three rounds. First over the phone with HR. Second round via zoom. Final round in person. Spread out over 3 months. Using AI for scheduling and setting up calendar invites.
First round with sector head then second round with written test including a model test translation and then last round meet apac head, solid stock pitch needed, overall not really difficult
It will be around 5 rounds with intense questions based on your skills listed in resume. Be confident and answer them. Make sure you have all the skills listed in resume
