I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morgan Stanley (Halifax, NS) in Sep 2015
Interview
Met HR guys at a career fair and got call for college recruitment program. Started with my background, projects and tools and technology I have used. Tech questions mostly included OOP concept and simple Java based questions. Also some of the basic C/C++ questions.
The guy was himself recruited through the same program. Humble and straightforward. I realized from one of my friend after the interview that this position requires you to have basic knowledge of everything, specialization in specific area is no advantage.
