Interview
They first sent an online game. Its a critical thinking game with multiple rounds and is about an hour long. The games were some math problems, memory games, clash of clan style games
It followed a standard interview process with initial screening, structured interviews, stakeholder conversations, and a final decision, offering a straightforward, professional experience. I think it was about 5 interviews in total including in person and virtual.

Interview
The interview process was well structured and focused mainly on my recent experience and my motivation to return to work after a career break. There was an initial HR screening followed by a technical discussion and behavioral questions. The panel was professional and gave sufficient time to answer. Overall, it was a balanced process assessing both technical knowledge and problem-solving approach.
