Brief phone interview asking about skills and experience. I spoke with a hiring manager and his assistant. The process was straightforward and relatively simple. Overall, a fairly standard interview.
There was an initial interview with recruiter. I then moved to the next round and had subsequent interviews with two other attorneys in the firm and final interview with managing partner
There was a virtual interview with managing partner who was based in Kentucky. He told me about the pay structure and pitched an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing business.
Phone interview then in person interview. Relaxed and asked some additional questions regarding the background of your work. Spoke about their work and roles at Morgan and Morgan and what to expect.
