I've got this job through a recruiting company in Prage First I've got a call with an introduction of the company. About 23 min Then I was invited for an interview in Brno. It was about 3 hours, I remember the showed me the labs and the rest of the office. Later on I had a kind of theoretical programing test. Then a short interview with the team leaders, followed by an expression and understanding test, for calling it somehow. I have to explain in an easy way a complex computation subject, in order to find out how good I was to talk and explain things to people that has no technical knowledge.
