I applied through a friend who was already working at the company and referred me to the person hiring for the new project and provided him my CV. First I was interviewed on Phone about the bio data provided on CV and some basic questions, then I was called for an Intelligence Test which consisted of engineering skills and MCQs about Electrical Engineering as I was a fresh graduate and that was the only criteria to test my knowledge, then I was called for a 1:1 interviewed by the Engineering manager who conducted an hour long interview asking me questions about Digital communications and Microwaves Transmissions and RF Basics in the end I was Interviewed by a panel of HR manager, Project Director and Project Manager asking me about my strengths and weaknesses and explaining my Job Description and how I will perform and where do I see my self in the next five years, questions about my interests and activities were also a part of the interview.

Great experience to join this interview as I learned to tackle some crucial questions, answer deplomatic. Questions which really helped me in getting closer to my further interviews amazing things to learn and a practical in person experience
