After I have applied online, recruiters contacted me, spoke some english with me and scheduled a written C/C++ and TCP/IP test. The tasks were rather easy and did not require in depth knowledge of language constructs - rather - clarity of thought was tested. There were some functions to write, yes or no questions such as 'can enum be inherited' and so forth.

TCP/IP seemed bit more complex, as were questions regarding Tetra stack. No prior experience in this domain was a major obstacle for me.

One 2 hour interview, well structed and gave an understanding of what they work on. Then went on to have a discussion about your CV. Then for the 2nd hour completed a technical coding problem.
