I was referred by one of the Salesforce Managers at Motorola Solutions who contacted me through LinkedIn and my Interview Process started from there.
The Interview process had 2 interviews in which they tried to know who you are and your background, personality, attitude, motivation etc and very few technical questions. The last 3rd round was just a short HR round.
One thing I was surprised by was that very few technical questions were asked to me regarding salesforce development. I guess because I had already done some fun portfolio projects which were showcased on my LinkedIn which caught the attention of the manager.
