Interview
Always there first preference is communication and basic technical knowledge in networking. There would be two to three arounds of technical interview and one communication round., Later HR would discuss about your interview performance and pay would be discussed.
GD round, then Tech HR round, lastly generic HR round , GD was strict on pronunciation and accent. Tech HR was easy just basic Networking concepts. Generic HR was asking about location , comfort and how you fit into the office.
The client is Nokia and they didn't had a face to face interview i had just 1 Round that too even in normal phone call interview.
They didn't ask much questions also.
