job description is submitted to H.R and first phone screen setup with a right candidate after filtering their resumes. if the phone screen is passed then the follow up face to face meeting will be setup.

Initial phone screen by HR, then another phone screen by the hiring manager, followed by an on-site interview. The phone screens were straightforward, verifying that I had the background for the position. The on-site interview was two separate group interviews by the systems teams, then the hiring manager again, and a wrap up with the HR manager. Everyone was very pleasant. The role combined a number of different aspects - operations, engineering, and design. It is a single person fulfilling all roles, and a team of one. The environment was described as being very chaotic, and needing a lot of clean up work. I ultimately withdrew myself from consideration, as I was unable to reconcile there being four enterprise architects, and only one network engineer position.
