Interview
There were many stops and starts in the interview process. The hiring manager went on leave and there didn’t seem to be much structure to the process. When it came time to connect with the senior leader, I was rescheduled twice.

The process was very drawn out as the hiring manager went on leave in the middle of the interview process. I ended up interviewing with her boss, who was interim and not the most pleasant human.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Mozilla (Portland, OR)
Interview
It took almost four months from the start of the process to get to the third round of interviews. People who work there seem miserable. The interim CHRO is not a selling point for the job.
