I was very pleased with the interview process. The company takes the time to make sure you have a college degree and if you have some technical background (more towards programming.) Once the recruiter has verified this with some background questions, a second interview is set up. The second interview is a lot more thorough but Multivision gives you enough time to review if you are rusty or not fully sure about your programming skills. There are two choices that are determined for you if the interview process goes well: .NET developer or Java developer. (I personally chose .NET because I felt it was cleaner and I was more comfortable with the environment.) Once you are chosen for a particular path, .NET or Java, that language and any associated technology will be your only focus while you train there.
