Interview
The first round of interviews is via telephone with HR. Once the candidate has successfully passed that round, they will be invited in for multiple interviews in one day, which is much more preferable than the common practice of making a candidate come back for several rounds of interviews.

I find the most difficult question to be the critique of one's self regarding his or her weaknesses. It's a bit of a trap, as there aren't many satisfactory answers.

Interview
Spoke with the recruiter for a quick 15 minute overview of the role and the position. Then spoke with the manager of the finance department and the interview went smoothly.

Straight forward interview process, typically with HR, hiring team and then final interview with HR rep who will be your point of contact in the company. They will ask for references to fill out an interview so have some folks ready

1 hour call with Finance Director and HR where HR asked some questions about values and ethics, and Finance Director asked about previous experience and answered any questions I had
