Good and quick. 20 min phone call with recruiter and then 10 min phone call with potential VP/boss. Straight-to-the-point and also very friendly conversations. Overall positive experience and made good connections along the way.

Very detailed and conversational. They really asked questions to see how you would fit within the company culture. They also asked quick thinking questions on how you would handle certain situations within the job function.

Interview
Hiring process was pretty straight forward. The only thing I would look out for is timeframe. I heard got a phone screening about 1.5 months after I applied and got an interview scheduled 2 weeks after the phone screening. It was then another week before I heard back with an offer.
