I applied on line and I was contacted by a recruiter in 10 days. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The questions were straightforward, I then had an onsite interview with the manager, VP and 2 team mates about 4 days later. I received an offer a week later.

Smooth and clear interviewer was friendly and helpful wasnt tough at all very simple questions and people were kind and supportive. Company was cozy and reachable. Didnt require formal dress code.

Pretty easy, they ask the basics for a financial analyst position and are pretty straight forward with what they want. Not a difficult process to navigate through. Ideal to go over basics in financials and previous experience.

Describe how handled a disagreement with your colleagues.
It was asking basic technical questions involving things on your resume. They also asked behavioral questions describing how you would act being put in different situations and scenarios. Overall, it was a good process.
