NEC Software Solutions UK interview questions

Interviewed online and never heard back. The first time in my life no response and I had even asked about the next steps. This was a good few years ago so hopefully they have changed. One of them seemed very cold and not approachable. The other seemed nice and warm and respectful.

Informal chat via phone call where you are told you will have a formal interview and a test to showcase your skills. The test was in excel and used mock data. The formal interview was relaxed and felt like a conversation, didn't feel like an interview.
