NEW AGE TECHNOLOGIES interview questions

Received an e-mail with the date, time and number to call. Called the number and entered into a confrence call with other people who were interviewing for this position. During the interview process, the person was speaking to all of us and it was very impersonal, and there were sounds that came from through on the phone, that were very distracting, but not disruptive. There was a large group of us that sat and listened to the person try and lay at all of the job details. I did not remain on the phone through the entire process, and the reason for that is explained in the "Why did you decline?" section of this review.

New age is a typical contracting company. They do a pre-interview with you to find out what you know, what you can do, etc after reading your resume. They find your strengths and weaknesses and try to put you into a position accordingly. Once they find a position that may fit you, they contact you with the information about the position, including company and pay.
