NFQ Senior Python Engineer interview questions

I underwent a comprehensive interview process with NFQ Egypt, which included a technical interview that I felt went very well. The team told me I’d hear back within a week. I followed up multiple times via email and LinkedIn, and even contacted the interviewer, but never received a response, not even a simple rejection. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional to be ghosted after investing time and effort into the process. Communication and respect are basic expectations in any hiring experience. If this is how they treat potential hires, I worry about how they treat employees internally. I hope they improve this process in the future.
