Hiring manager did the initial screen, followed by a short assignment and an on-site. The assignment was reviewed on-site. The interview was conducted in front of a panel, and made use of a nifty “who is speaking”-sensing camera in their conference room. The process was quick, and the hiring manager was very nice and provided concrete feedback as to why they were proceeding with another candidate. As a side note, the receptionist was incredibly unhelpful and couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to show me to the room I was supposed to be in. In fact, she pointed me down the hall to the wrong room and didn’t believe me when I said I thought it wasn’t the right room.
