NHBC interview questions

It was a panel interview, lasted about an hour. Talked about the job to begin with, then you introduce yourself, and the interviewers ask you some questions about yourself. Then they move on to asking you 4 competency based questions, definitely use the STARR Method that NHBC suggested. All the interviewers were really friendly and professional. Definitely dress smart.

First was the HR Round - Phone interview Second was the online assessment Final round was the assessment Centre It was fairly straightforward the whole process. People were lovely - very accommodating too.
